ARC Reservations

To reserve The ARC the following forms need to be completed and sent to The ARC Coordinator. In order to print the forms, download them by clicking on “File” then “Save Page as” then save and print the saved document.

For a church sponsored event please send the following:

1. ARC Reservation Form
2. Newlonsburg Presbyterian Church Clearance Policy for a Church Sponsored Group and/or copies of Act 33 & 34 Clearances for ALL ADULTS working with children during activities held in The ARC.
3. ARC Regulations
4. ARC Sponsor Checklist

For a non-church sponsored event please send the following:

1. ARC Reservation Form
2. Newlonsburg Presbyterian Church Clearance Policy for a Non-Church Sponsored Group and/or copies of Act 33 & 34 Clearances for ALL ADULTS working with children during activities held in The ARC.
3. ARC Regulations
4. ARC Sponsor Checklist
