Fall, Winter, Spring Worship Opportunities
Each Sunday during the fall, winter and spring, NPC members and visitors come together for two inclusive and participatory worship services, the first at 8:30 a.m. and the second at 11:00 a.m. Both services are designed to inspire, challenge, instruct, heal and nurture, but each is constructed slightly differently. Childcare is available for both services.
8:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall

Our 8:30 service is less formal in style and is held in our fellowship hall. There, rows of chairs are interspersed with tables to accommodate a variety of family needs. Coffee and donuts are always available. The beginning of each 8:30 service includes a celebration of music, with musical selections chosen to compliment and reinforce the scriptural message of the day. The music during the celebration time and at this service includes a wide range of styles and a variety of volunteer member ensembles as well as professional guest musicians. A Children in Worship program, designed for four-year olds through first graders, is held simultaneously with this service.
11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary

Our 11:00 service is more traditional in structure and style and is held in the sanctuary. Usually this service features music led by our chancel choir under the direction of Mrs. Jeanne Kane and organist Ms. Nadina Bembic. The choir’s repertoire includes a variety of classic and modern choral music. Other ensembles also regularly present musical gifts at the 11:00 service, including our hand bell choir, other member based volunteer groups and guest musicians. A Children in Worship program, designed for four-year olds through first graders, is held simultaneously with this service.
